Administrative Assistant
Virtual office manager, manages the owner’s schedule, prepares her for client meetings, manages contracts, supports business development, technology, marketing, events and promotions. Must be competent in the following areas:
- Virtual world – self motivated, capable of trouble-shooting and knowing when to ask questions & seek direction
- Technology: Familiarity with Google drive and Dropbox (document hosting/sharing), Basecamp (project management system), Amazon S3 (document hosting), online teleconferencing, managing online technology services, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel.
- Event Management and other marketing
- May require some face-to-face opportunities with team members.
Business Development Director
The person who is perfect for this position loves marketing, strategy, and the long-term development of solid relationships. This position is responsible for managing the marketing and promotions to support relationship-development, strategic partnerships and other activities required to build a solid sales base in the community. This person will be involved in high-level strategic decisions and will have his/her feet on the ground networking and closing deal. You will look at the vision of our company to coordinate partnerships, JV’s, strategic alliances, publishing opportunities, & publicity. You will assist in the development of collateral marketing materials, planning of strategic events and support the client relationships that you will be developing. Compensation: 15% profit of the company. Willing to negotiate options for a vested interest.
Content Developer
This person is experienced at writing for online marketing. This position includes content development (often from video or audio footage), content management & tracking, article writing and repurposing across blog & social media platforms as well as publishing approved content on various online platforms. Willing to train.
Social Media
Audio/Video (AV) manager
This person is savvy with editing raw footage and understanding the opportunities to use video for online marketing. You will take raw footage from audio and video to short create videos for use in our traffic generating activities. You will work with the Content Developer to ensure content & messaging is consistent across all platforms.
Professional Proofer
This person is meticulous with details, understanding the necessity to cross every T and dot every i. Within our marketplace, this is crucial to developing credibility with our company and our clients. This person is responsible for quickly and efficiently proofing documents (articles, web copy, blog posts, etc) to review all copy to insure it meets the requirements of the State Bar Rules as well as basic proofing like punctuation, grammar, spelling, etc. needs. Turnaround is typically 24-48 hours.
Internship Opportunities
We offer internship opportunities in the areas of:
Content Development – including article marketing, content calendar and content repurposing/marketing/strategy/systems.
Web Analytics Reporter – responsible for pulling numbers from all platforms, developing client report, and presenting to the marketing team for assessment.
Starting pay is $8/hour. Can work into project compensation.
